Transcend ABA Therapy

What is ABA Therapy?

ABA Therapy (Applied Behavior Analysis) is a proven and highly effective approach used to improve the behavior and skills of individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.

ABA therapy focuses on assessing functional behaviors and using evidence-based techniques to reinforce positive behaviors and replace challenging behaviors with more appropriate alternatives. It involves breaking down complex skills into smaller, manageable steps and providing targeted interventions to teach new skills such as communication, social interaction, self-care, and academic abilities.

Additionally, ABA therapy emphasizes collaboration with families and caregivers, ensuring that interventions are consistently implemented across different environments to maximize the individual's progress and quality of life.

How Do We Work with Children?

Our services begin with our team walking you through the intake process. We answer any questions you may have about services and ensure that you are going to receive the services you are looking for. We will help you complete documentation and navigate insurance.

One of our excellent Board-Certified Behavior Analysts will then complete an assessment of your child. Once that has been completed, they will take the assessment and input from you to complete an Individualized Service Plan, which is a plan tailored to your child's needs to help them with their behavioral needs.

Your Program Manager will walk you through the whole process and ensure that they create a schedule that works best for your family. They will also find a staff that works best for your family.

Your team will then work together with your child and family on an individualized support plan through ongoing support and training.
